We were delighted with the location of the hotel, just steps away from a bustling mall. Our room, number 4403, was comfortable and clean, thanks to the satisfactory housekeeping. The cleanliness and proximity to my workplace were definite highlights. I recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The prices were extremely reasonable, making it a great value for money. The hotel is conveniently located behind Garuda Mall, which has a food court if you want to experience the city life vibe. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities were all in place. I especially loved the rooms with full-fledged shower cubicles, and the option to relax in the Jacuzzi facilities. Plus, breakfast was included, which was an added bonus!

The internet was unreliable and the service for providing water was average.

Stayed at a hotel during Xmas which offered a basic breakfast and free Wi-Fi. The location was ideal, close to shops and restaurants and easy to get around. The other advantage was the friendly staff that provided us with extra towels when we asked for it.

The hotel was quite dirty at times and smelled musty. The room wasn't properly cleaned and the towels provided weren't always clean.

The hotel had good amenities including a gym and swimming pool which were clean and well maintained. the location was great with easy access to shopping centers and restaurants. the staff was friendly and accommodating towards our requests for extra blankets.

Absolutely nothing was positive about my experience at this hotel. The service was poor and the staff was unhelpful.
